SCNS offers an annual Essential Skills Challenge. It’s a 1-hour long activity which is 100% hands-on. We teach students about the importance of developing these skills, and then put them to the test.

*Skiller Island is only offered in a pre-recorded version for a limited time, as supply last. Registered teachers will receive the required materials to complete the activity at a date of their choosing. Activities contain group work. Skills Canada – Nova Scotia notes that requested Supply Kits can take up to 10 Business Days to arrive at the Designated Mailing Address.*
